Common Garage isn’t just another food truck space—it’s a movement. We’re building a home for independent food and coffee vendors who want to be part of something bigger. A place where small businesses support each other, where community thrives, and where creativity finds a home.
We’re looking for partners who share our vision: passionate vendors who want a dedicated space, consistency in trade, and the chance to be part of an independent hospitality collective.
To make sure the site is a viable proposition, Jimmy the proprietor will be flinging caffeine from a trailer that will be permanently on site — serving coffee, jaffle’s, pastries, and the spiders for the kids — while also managing the day-to-day flow of the space. Alice the coffee trailer will be a permanent fixture at Common Garage, keeping the caffeine flowing and giving vendors a solid daytime anchor on the property.

At Common Garage, we’re curating a collective of food vendors that not only serve great food but complement each other to create a dynamic and diverse offering. Right now, we’re looking for vendors who want a regular, permanent spot—but with flexibility built in. We understand every business has different needs, so we’re open to negotiable allocations that work for everyone.
As we grow, we’ll introduce rotating vendors to keep things fresh, ensuring a variety of cuisines that work in harmony rather than competition. Down the line, we’ll also provide space for short-term pop-up rockstars, allowing innovative food creators to test concepts, launch new offerings, or bring something unique for a limited time.
We want a balance of flavours—food vendors that complement rather than compete. If you’re a food truck, pop-up, or mobile kitchen looking for a consistent home with room to evolve, let’s chat.
We’re incredibly lucky to be surrounded by some of the richest agricultural land in the country, producing top-quality fruits, vegetables, dairy, and artisanal goods. At Common Garage, we want to celebrate this by welcoming regular fresh produce vendors to bring the best of the region straight to the community.
Whether you’re a local farmer, baker, dairy producer, beekeeper, or specialty grower, we’d love to provide a space for you to sell your goods on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. This is about making fresh, locally sourced food more accessible while supporting the independent producers who make it happen.
If you’re passionate about farm-to-table freshness and want to be part of a growing hub for local food lovers, get in touch—we’d love to have you!
At Common Garage, we believe in community and business for good. That’s why priority placement will be given to vendors and businesses within the social enterprise sphere.
If your business is making a difference, we want to hear from you. Some examples of social enterprises that would be a great fit:
✅ Coffee & Food Vendors employing at-risk youth or individuals with disabilities
✅ Indigenous-owned food businesses showcasing native ingredients and culture
✅ Sustainable or zero-waste food vendors committed to ethical sourcing and packaging
✅ Non-profits using hospitality as a platform for workforce development
✅ Small-batch producers and local makers reinvesting into community projects
We believe great business can also be a force for good. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
Common Garage is all about lifting people up, and that includes artists. We’d love to create a space where musicians can share their craft in an intimate, non-amplified setting. Whether you’re a guitarist, violinist, sax player, or even a double bass maestro, we want to hear from you.
Right now, we’re collecting expressions of interest—so if you’d love to play here in the future, this is your chance to be first in line when we’re ready to launch.
We’re looking for talented buskers and acoustic performers to bring atmosphere and energy to the space—something that makes people stop, listen, and connect.
We’ll probably draw the line at bagpipes (nothing personal, we promise), but if you’ve got a sound that fits the space, let’s make it happen.
