Flying Chillies is now evolving into a bakehouse concept, Flying Chillies focuses on pastries, pies, and sausage rolls with Southeast Asian-inspired twists. Featuring her best seller of laksa sausage rolls, and beef rendang pie. Her core flavours like pandan, ube, palm sugar, the bakehouse delivers a playful, modern take on traditional influences — designed to be memorable, approachable, and full of character.

This launch marks the start of Betty Blue’s journey — a fresh chapter, straight from the oven to the road — with Common Garage hosting the very first public serving of what’s set to become a Ballarat favourite.
